I offer professional pilot car services for the over-sized load trucking industry. It is my understanding that escorts are part of the trucking industry, indispensable to it, and it is my mission to assist the driver and other support services to see the load safely delivered. I am Utah certified, Arizona and Georgia Amber Light permitted, New Mexico equipment certified, insured and equipped. Located in Central Texas and willing to go most places. I chase, do not currently run high-pole or do surveys, though I am open to negotiations. Reasonable rates and terms of service. I have experience in oil-field, container, beam and pole running, wide load, super-load.

Professional, experienced service. I will deadhead a reasonable distance to start a job. The bigger or longer the job, the further I'll go. I am trained, certified, equipped, insured and experienced, and have a network of escorts to draw upon to supplement crews. Known for working well with others and going the extra mile.

Conditions:

Deadhead fees for extended distances negotiable.

Current rates are $1.45 a mile from start to delivery. $70 a night overnight fee. Cancellation fee starts when I am halfway to start point: $100. On road no-gos/wait time: $15 an hour/$250 a day. Overnight charges always apply.

Invoice due and payable at end of load in cash or CommCheck. Thirty day from invoicing add seven percent. Out of state or multistate runs requires estimated 50% deposit in usable funds prior to start of run, balance due at end of run, Cash, CommCheck (or similar) or Company Check.
